The Elements of art are the basic properties of a work of art that may be perceived through the senses. In a painting, for instance, the properties that may be perceived through our senses are texture, form, shape, color, line and value (tone). The ways elements of an artwork relate to one another and are organized in the artwork are referred to as the principles of art. Leading our pool of qualified teachers is an award-winner, Miss Chen Jia Ying, who has won numerous national and international awards. She had been interviewed by the press multiple times due to her extraordinary work.

Creative Art

Students will learn not only the traditional way of drawing, but also how to use different materials in real life to create an art piece. For example, leaves, waste papers. This can stimulates, improves and develops  their creativity. They may now question themselves what else can they do with these materials. Students can also learn how to think creatively and in different angle.

Chinese Calligraphy

Calligraphy trains people to be more calm and peaceful as practicing it and using brush to write words requires some patience and control. They can learn how to write beautifully using brush, and at the same time practice to be calm and peaceful.

Chinese Painting

Learning Chinese Water-paint and Calligraphy technique. Expanding creative self-expression and discipline by  the responsiveness of rice paper and speed and pressure of a pointed Chinese brush. Meanwhile, this course also allow the students to practice drawing and colouring.

Camp

Every school holiday we will held camps with different themes, to celebrate the coming of holiday together with students, as well as let them learn something new when playing during holiday. We had held camps such as Dinosaur Camp, Panda Camp, Space Adventure, etc. In these camps, they can try out and learn Chinese calligraphy, Chinese painting, or to do some handicraft related to the theme. They can also get some knowledges or interesting facts about the theme. We will also plan games for students to consolidate knowledge learned, and to teach them team work. We want our students to stay hungry and curious about new knowledges or things happening around the world.
